Gleeson is the brother of Harper V, and is one of Rafael Argus' victims.
As Harper V, William "Buck" Rogers engages in a brawl with Argus at a tavern, after challenging him over the murder of his "brother" (BR25: "The Plot to Kill a City, Part I").

- The existence of Gleeson is never expanded upon, and it is unknown whether or not he is a fictive construct by the Earth Defense Directorate.
