The Sol System is a planetary system, notable for its third planet, Earth.
In the 25th century, Sol is known as the origin of the Earth Federation, lead by Terrans.
After 504 years, William "Buck" Rogers returns to the Sol System following an accident that causes Ranger 3 to go extra-solar, and is intercepted by Draconia (BR25: Film, "Awakening").
