Documentation

This template is used to place an episode info on a Buck Wiki article page. It provides lower case parameters only.

Required parameters

  • title: Title of episode. No wikilink and no disambiguation parameters also.
  • episode: Number of episode.
  • season: Only for BR25 series (Seasons 1 or 2)
    • If you have series set to serial, you do not need to set this field or have it at all.
  • writer: The Writer(s), if split credit between Teleplay and Story, "writer" is for the one credited with the Teleplay.
  • story: The writer or person the story is by, thereby given a "Story By" credit.
    • For writer and story: If there is more than one, each one should be followed by <br/>, unless it is the last one.
  • director: The director.
  • assistant director: The assistant director, also known as the "A.D."
  • prev: Prev episode. Please wikify.
  • next: Next episode. Please wikify.

Optional parameters

  • image: The image. 33mincount_101_1080i.jpg
  • unproduced: Type "Y" (sans quotes) if this template is applied to a page concerning an unproduced script. Otherwise leave blank.
  • series: Only options are br25, BR25, and serial. Defaults to blank.
    • Vaild Entry: br25, BR25, and serial
  • movie: the number of the television movie that denotes its order in the television movie chronology
  • story: Writer given Story credit (in the event that credit is split between Teleplay and Story)
  • guests: Each Person who is a special guest star on the episode.
    • Example: [[Richard Hatch]] as [[Tom Zarek]] If there is more than one, each one should be followed by <br/> unless it is the last one.
  • production: Three Letter Number (e.x. 101, 102, 103)
  • rating: Nielsen Ratings
  • forumthread: The forum thread ID number on the Battlestar Forum
  • US airdate: United States airdate. In ISO 8601 YYYY-MM-DD format, e.g. 2006-02-17. Must not be wikilinked.
  • CAN airdate: Canadian airdate. In ISO 8601 YYYY-MM-DD format, e.g. 2006-02-17. Must not be wikilinked.
  • UK airdate: United Kingdom airdate. In ISO 8601 YYYY-MM-DD format, e.g. 2006-02-17. Must not be wikilinked.
  • dvd: Date the DVD was released containing this episode, in ISO 8601 YYYY-MM-DD format, e.g. 2006-02-17. Must not be wikilinked.
  • population: Current Population shown during the credits. Use RAW numbers: 45342 vs. 45,342.
  • AND: oldpopulation: The population from the last known episode. If this is filled out, it will automatically show if there was a increase or decrease in the population. Use RAW numbers: 45342 vs. 45,342.
  • extra: Extended information about release of episode, such as the original script or behind-the-scenes information.
  • syfyname: The name from the episode URL on Syfy.com's website.
  • imdb: The number of the IMDB entry for the episode. Only specify the number, NOT, the tt prefix.
  • frakr: The article name of the satirical analysis of this episode on BW's twisted satirical twin, WikiFrakr.
  • amazon: Used to activate the Amazon Video on Demand parameters, as noted below.
  • amazon SD: The Amazon identification number for the Standard Definition Video on Demand product. (i.e. B00178W020 is the ASIN for "He That Believeth In Me")
  • amazon HD: The Amazon identification number for the High Definition Video on Demand product. (i.e. B00178W020 is the ASIN for "He That Believeth In Me")
  • itunes: The iTunes link for the US version.
  • itunes CA: The iTunes link for the Canadian version.
  • itunes UK: The iTunes link for the United Kingdom version.
  • promo: Used if a promo video for this episode is available on the Buck Wiki.
  • hulu: Used if a version of this episode is available on Hulu, the free streaming service.

Optional parameters

  • special: Is this a special episode? (e.x. Y)
  • podcast: Podcast page must exist. (e.x. Y)
  • goof: There is a continuity error in this episode. A link to the Continuity errors page appears.
