Hieronymus Fox is a child genius who, like William "Buck" Rogers, was born in the 20th century.
In 1986, Fox graduates from his college. In 1987, prior to the outbreak of World War II, Fox receives his PhD in physics at the age of 10. Using his knowledge, he invents a prototype cryo tube that he tests on himself. For the next hundreds of years, his tube is recovered by extraterrestrial forces, inevitably ending up in Genesian hands. The Genesians revive Fox, and in return he aids them in solving their many social and scientific issues. The Genesians made him President as a gesture of their gratitude (BR25: "Cosmic Whiz Kid").
Notes
Currently owns a condominium with a sauna, hot tub, and tennis court on Genesia. For breakfast he likes scrambled eggs with peppers and onions.
