Chris Bunch (December 22, 1943—July 4, 2005) is a television screenwriter who often wrote episodes with his writing partner, Allan Cole. For Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, Bunch and Cole penned the Season 1 episodes "Ardala Returns" and "Space Rockers."
Born in Fresno, California, he worked with Glen Larson as a writer for Galactica 1980, The Misadventures of Sheriff Lobo, Magnum, P.I., and Quincy, M.E.. He also wrote The A-Team episode "Pure-Dee Poison" with Alan Cole, Stephen J. Cannell and Frank Lupo.
For Galactica 1980, Bunch was one of four writers of "The Day They Kidnapped Cleopatra", the last episode in production at the time Galactica 1980 was officially canceled by ABC.
