Summary

Buck's home of New Chicago may be destroyed if the Legion of Death is successful. They plan to self-destruct the city's antimatter/matter reactor in retaliation for an Earth Defense Directorate agent killing in self defense of one of their members. Learning of their plans, Buck is sent out masquerading as an assassin looking to join the group, but he is soon discovered to be an impostor.
